* Postgraduate in Anaesthesia and Preventive and Promotive Health Care

Dr. Renu has trained in Canada in Prenatal Counselling and Fitness. She has been conducting Pre and Postnatal fitness and Counselling sessions for the past 6 years and General Fitness programmes for the past 25 years.

• A trained Anaesthetist, she found her calling in woman's care: prenatal and postnatal Counselling.
• A passionate fitness practitioner, she also conducts programmes on strength training, weight training, cardiovascular fitness, age-friendly workouts and resistance training.
• Dr. Renu also conducts sex education sessions for school students.

Dr. Renu Arora is married to Gurcharan Arora (a fighter pilot) and has a young daughter, Rhea. They have made Bangalore their home.
